About
Michele Albera
Italian transportation designer specialized in automotive and motorcycle design.
My name is Michele Albera and I am an Italian transportation designer specialized in automotive and motorcycle design.
Raised in Turin, a city historically linked to international car design culture, I developed my professional path by collaborating with companies and styling centers of significance in the automotive sector.
Throughout my career I have worked with international brands and realities such as Pagani, Italdesign, Pininfarina, Suzuki, Alpine and Mitsubishi, contributing to the development of concept cars, hypercars, supercars and one-off projects dedicated to contemporary mobility.
My experience covers every stage of the creative and design process, from concept definition to the development of formal language and product identity.
My approach combines stylistic research, strategic vision and careful attention to brand language, with the aim of creating innovative, recognizable products consistent with the values of the brand.
Over the years I have gained experience in managing complex, highly creative projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in international contexts.
Alongside my professional practice, I serve as teacher and coordinator at IED Torino in the field of Transportation Design, contributing to the education of new designers through an industry- and innovation-oriented approach.
I believe in design as a tool capable of connecting aesthetics, function and identity, turning ideas and visions into concrete experiences relevant to the future of mobility.
